Scope of Work
This BPA requires the on-call delivery of clear ultra-low sulfur #2 diesel and unleaded (87 Octane – 10% ethanol) gasoline. Deliveries must be made within one day of notification, and within 48 hours of order placement (except for Friday orders, which are due the following Monday). Delivery locations are at 643 Wildlife Road, Dover, TN 37058. Contractors are responsible for unloading fuel directly into the facility's storage tanks. Delivery load sizes range from a minimum of 200 gallons to a maximum of 1000 gallons per fuel type. All fuel must comply with current National Fuel Quality Standards and ASTM standards.

Additional Notes

Pricing will be based on +/-5% of the Rack Price on the day of delivery using the average Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) plus the offeror's fixed mark-up price.
