Scope of Work

- Preventative maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHUs), boilers, chillers, pumps, VAV boxes, and split systems.
- Building Automation System (BAS)/JCI Metasys verification and maintenance.
- Emergency HVAC repair response services.
- Equipment inspection, testing, documentation, and reporting.
- Coordination with facility personnel in occupied healthcare and treatment environments. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals. Detailed equipment lists for Fort Yates Hospital are provided in Appendix B.
