Statement of Work (SOW)

This SOW details the repair of the building's sewer line, including associated restroom and locker room upgrades, and corridor repairs.

• Sewer Line Repair: Replace approximately 76 LF of 4" sewer line within the building and 16 LF of lateral lines. Replace 27 fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks, showers). Replace approximately 50 LF of 8" clay line outside the building to the manhole.

• Restroom & Locker Room Upgrades: Replace fixtures (6 lavatories, 6 water closets, 8 showers), install new vanity tops, faucets, fittings, bowls, partitions, shower hangers, soap dispensers, hand driers, mirrors, lighting, ceiling registers, and recessed napkin dispensers/waste receptacles. Retile restrooms, showers, and locker rooms (12x24 tiles). Install new flooring in the male locker room (18x18 luxury vinyl tile) and smaller offices (10x40 carpet squares). Perform asbestos abatement in Women's lockers.

• Corridor Repair (Option 1): Repair construction joints, remove damaged sealant, and apply epoxy resin mortar and sealant. Repair soft spots in the tile, replace base, and install new concrete. Install 18x18 luxury vinyl tile in the hallway, with darker tiles for door entrances. Install 4" cove base.

• Male Locker Room (Option 2): Perform asbestos abatement. Repair walls and repaint. Install 18x18 luxury vinyl tile, with darker tiles for door entrances. Install 4" cove base.

• General: Isolate dust and debris, maintain erosion and sediment control, restore slab and pavement, dispose of removed materials, and follow manufacturer guidelines.

• Work shall begin in October/November 2026.

• The building will remain operational during construction.

• Project completion is within 120 days following the Notice to Proceed.

• Site visit is strongly encouraged.

• Contractor must verify dimensions and shapes.

• Asbestos is present in mastic and tile backer board in Men's and Women's lockers.

• Contractor must comply with installation/facility access, local security policies, and OPSEC training requirements.

• Controlled substances are prohibited on installation.

• Contractor hours are 0700-1530 Monday through Friday. No work on Government holidays and weekends.
