Key Requirements & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes with a requested contract line item (CLIN) structure, including unit price, total price, service description, discount terms, CAGE code, UEID, business size, taxpayer ID, and acknowledgment of amendments. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 60 calendar days. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, considering technical acceptability and period of performance. Personnel must possess a current 40-hour Sanitation Certification (ServeSafe within 4 years), pass background checks (including State Police for U.S. residences), and comply with Army regulations. The contractor is responsible for developing a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and an Operations Security (OPSEC) SOP/Plan. Government will provide facilities, equipment, and initial supplies; the contractor provides uniforms. Contractor personnel are not required to work federal holidays.
