Price will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness after the highest technically rated offeror is identified. Award will not necessarily be made to the lowest-priced offeror.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To remove and dispose of the existing fire station mobile home-style barracks and replace it with a new wildland urban interface (WUI) rated, barracks-style mobile home, including all necessary details to connect utilities for a habitable structure.

• Removal and disposal of the existing mobile home.

• Delivery and installation of a new mobile home (four feet longer than the existing one) in the same footprint.

• Reconnection and testing of existing utilities (electrical, water, sewer, phone, internet).

• Installation of new access stairs and landings meeting OSHA standards.

• Minimization of ground disturbance to a twenty-foot area around the building footprint.

• The new mobile home must be manufactured for California zone 3 specifications and be a barracks-style model (AAA Pacific Manufactured Homes, Model 5828-4CIK-2B-CATH, approximately 1352 sq ft, 26.6 ft x 52 ft, four bedrooms, two baths).

• Areas surrounding the work site, including barracks, engine garage, offices, residences, and storage buildings, shall not be disturbed.

• All utilities must be working correctly after reconnection.

• Access stairs and landings must meet OSHA standards.

• Sediment control devices must be installed and approved by the COR before excavation begins.

• Period of Performance: 60 Days after Notice to Proceed (NTP).
