Response & Evaluation
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. However, all responsible sources are encouraged to identify their interest and capability to respond, or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. Any proposals received within 45 days of the publication date will be considered. The decision not to pursue a competitive procurement based on responses remains at the Government's discretion. Information received will primarily be used to determine the feasibility of a competitive acquisition. Award is contingent upon the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meeting qualification requirements per FAR 52.209-1. While FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) is not being used, interested parties may identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The acquisition may be subject to Free Trade Agreements and WTO Government Procurement Agreement.
