Requirements include production lots, first article test samples, and investigative units. Bidders must comply with ISO-9001:2015 for quality and CMMC Level 2 for cybersecurity for information systems processing FCI or CUI. Mandatory Item Unique Identifiers (IUID) marking for Cartridge Actuated Devices and Propellant Actuated Devices (CAD/PAD) components is required, including Data Matrix ECC 200. Contractors will also be responsible for preparing Ammunition Data Cards (ADCs) in accordance with MIL-STD-1168 and submitting them through the Worldwide Ammunition-data Repository Program (WARP).
