Scope of Work

This solicitation covers the procurement and installation of two 2.5-ton mini-split AC units in Bldg 1052, MSDT room. Key installation tasks include:

  • Removal of existing ceiling grid/tile and obstructions.
  • Installation of new indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant lines, condensate lines (tied into water fountain drain lines separately), and electrical connections.
  • New mechanical and electrical lines to be installed next to existing lines on the north wall.
  • Installation of a secondary p-trap lower than the existing one.
  • Tie new mini-splits into panel L3, potentially requiring breaker panel rearrangement and panel schedule update.

  • Framing and expanding the existing wall to create a cavity/chase for lines and wiring.
