Scope of Work
This opportunity requires a turn-key solution for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Fabrication and Assembly, including component procurement. Contractors must demonstrate in-house capabilities for:
- PCB Fabrication: Adhering to IPC-A-600 (or IPC Class 3), including multi-layer, high-density, and complex via PCBs, with validation and quality control.
- PCBA Assembly: Adhering to J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 (or IPC Class 2), including multi-sided, fine pitch, and miniscule component assemblies, with validation and quality control.
- Component Procurement: Rapidly acquiring electronic components from authorized sources, with a 30-day window for order execution.
- Special Requirements: Performing orders with International Trafficking in Arms (ITAR) requirements and Trusted Requirements (DoDI 5200.44). Contractors must also establish a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
