This document provides responses to vendor questions regarding the 15 TES AV Auditorium Equipment opportunity, clarifying technical requirements, government-furnished equipment (GFE), and installation details.

• Work Location: Work will be performed at Building 21, Nellis AFB NV.
• HDMI Inputs: The system needs to push content to screens independently, supporting scenarios like one screen showing KVM content and another showing a VTC feed or document reader.
• Projection Screens: Existing projection screens are approximately 8 feet tall and 14 feet wide. There are no existing projectors or mounting poles to reuse.
• KVM: An ATEN CS1148DP4C 8-port KVM will be Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
• Codec/AV Bridge: These will not be GFE; the contractor is responsible for procuring and integrating them.
• Microphones: (2) TOA IR handheld microphones are required, not GFE. The contractor must procure and integrate them, adhering to SAPF/SCIF security requirements. Substitutions for Shure ULXD4D/ULXD2 are allowable if they meet security requirements.
• Legacy AV System: No de-installation or demolition of a legacy system is required.
• Structural Reinforcement: The contractor must provide structural reinforcement if as-built construction does not support wall monitors or projector mounting.
• Pathways/Conduit: Pathways exist for the primary control desk. For the podium, the contractor must provide a solution for routing cabling.
• VTC Equipment: The government will provide a Sony EVI-X200C camera. A Cisco codec will be provided, but its specific model is currently unknown. The system must support pushing computer slides and camera feeds through the AF7 Codec.
• Delivery/Commissioning: Government desires commissioning complete within 30 days of award.
• Installation Access: Installation teams will have access during normal business hours (M-F 0730-1630L).
• Cabling: Lengths and types of cables are contractor-driven based on the installation design package.
• Government Furnished Items: Functioning KVM, functioning computers, and two pre-installed projector screens.
• Display Mounting: Articulating mounts are required for the 75" displays, which can be mounted to the ceiling/soffit. The contractor is responsible for determining secure mounting methods.
• Projector/Display Feeds: Projectors need to be individually addressable. Side displays should mirror the projector on that side. The back wall display (confidence monitor) should be individually addressable.
• Operating Desk: One control panel is required at the primary work desk, and a second is desired at the podium.
• Rack: An existing rack is present; rack accessories are contractor-furnished.
• Cybersecurity: The vendor is responsible for providing cybersecurity artifacts for the system's ATO process.
• Network Switch: The AV integrator is responsible for furnishing and integrating a managed network switch.
• BYOD: The system should allow for growth of additional HDMI or DP inputs.

Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SoW) defines the requirements for the installation of Auditorium Audio-Visual (AV) equipment at Building 20, Room 5, for the 15th Test and Evaluation Squadron (TES) on Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), Nevada.

• Installation of Auditorium AV equipment and conferencing capabilities, including all peripherals, cabling, audio, video interconnection, and programming.

• The installation area is 960 sq ft, with an adjacent 48 sq ft telecommunications closet.

• A control processor is required to manage all auditorium devices, provide audio control, and manage sources sent to all displays.

• Video switching capabilities are needed to support all source and display devices, controlled via a central touch panel with a user interface at a desk near the front of the room.

• Display requirements include two 7,150 lumen projectors as primary displays, three additional 75" displays as secondary displays (one on each side of the room), and one confidence monitor in the rear for presenters.

• A single content source 8-port KVM will be used for content sharing across multiple PCs at different classification levels.

• Video Teleconferencing (VTC) capabilities will be supported via the AF7 network, using government-provided equipment. This includes mounting and integration into the AV system to support VTC calls on the projection screens.

• Audio system includes amplifiers, speakers with echo cancellation, two TOA IR handheld microphones, and eight ceiling speakers.

• All equipment will be housed in the existing telecommunications closet.

• Installation, mounting, programming, and cabling for the Auditorium AV system are required.

• Sponsor Information: Requires details of the individual sponsoring the pass request (Rank, Full Name, DOD ID#, Unit, Contact Number, Signature, Date Signed).
• Individual Information: Requires details for each person needing a pass, including Company, Last Name, First Name, MI, Full SSN#, Date of Birth, Driver's License #/State, Location, and the Dates/Days/Hours for which the pass is needed.
