Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-personal services for chemical latrines and handwashing stations, including delivery, scheduled services, and pickup, for convoy operations training at Camp Navajo, AZ.

• Provide 6 chemical latrines with delivery, scheduled services, and pickup.

• Provide 3 handwashing stations with delivery, scheduled services, and pickup.

• Services include cleaning and emptying of latrines and handwashing stations according to industry standards.

• All provided chemical latrines and handwashing stations must be fully stocked and functional.

• There shall be zero deviations from the standard for latrine and handwashing station provision.

• Cleaning and emptying services must adhere to industry standards.

• Performance will be monitored by an on-site coordinator who will investigate validated customer complaints.

• Period 1: June 12-19, 2026

• Period 2: August 24-31, 2026

• Place of Performance: Camp Navajo, 14317 Veterans Drive, Bellemont, AZ 86015.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.

• Hours of Operation: Contractor is responsible for business between 0800-1800 during performance dates, excluding Federal holidays and government facility closures for emergencies.

• Quality Control: Contractor must develop and maintain an effective quality control program.

• Key Personnel: A contract manager and an alternate must be designated and available during operating hours.

• Identification of Employees: Contractor personnel must identify themselves as such to avoid misrepresentation.

• Government Furnished Items: An On-site Coordinator will be provided. The government will also provide the exact placement locations for the units. Utilities, equipment, and materials are not government-furnished.

• Contractor Furnished Items: Contractor shall provide all necessary supplies, equipment, facilities, and services not provided by the government.

• Security Requirements: N/A.

• Recognized Holidays: Services are not expected on specified Federal holidays.
