• Project Nature: This is a brand-new project and has not been previously contracted. There is currently no existing ice service or requirement to sustain.

This solicitation (W9124726QA012) is for the procurement of portable ice storage boxes with electrical connections and monthly ice delivery services for the 18th Field Artillery Brigade at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The requirement supports training exercises and daily physical fitness needs.

• Three (3) portable ice storage boxes with electrical connections.

• Monthly delivery of sixty (60) - 20 pound bags of ice to three specified locations.

• Contractor must ensure maintenance of ice storage boxes for full operation and serviceability.

• Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision.

• Site cleanup and debris removal after servicing.

• Period of Performance: 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 (12 months).

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide three (3) portable ice storage boxes, electrical connections, and a consistent supply of ice for the 18th Field Artillery Brigade at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, supporting training exercises and daily physical fitness requirements.

• Provide and maintain three (3) fully functional, clean, and serviceable ice storage boxes.

• Deliver and restock 60 – 20-pound bags of ice per month for each of the three (3) ice storage boxes (totaling 180 bags per month).

• Ensure electrical connections are established for the operation of the ice storage boxes.

• Conduct monthly maintenance on the ice storage boxes to ensure full operation and serviceability.

• Deliver one ice storage box to each of the following locations on 01 April 2026 by 1200:

  • 3-327 BN footprint (Building D-3941 Ardennes Street)
  • 3-321 BN footprint (Building D-3952 Ardennes Street)
  • 188th BSB footprint (Building D-3141 Gruber Road)

• Remove all trash, debris, or surplus materials from work sites upon completion.

• Ice restocking frequency: Once every two weeks or upon request.

• Ice quantity: 60 – 20-pound bags per ice storage box per month.

• Ice boxes must be clean and serviceable upon delivery and throughout the contract period.

• Contract Period: 01 April 2026 – 31 March 2027 (12 months).

• Place of Performance: Fort Bragg, North Carolina, specifically at the designated footprints for 3-327 BN, 3-321 BN, and 188th BSB.

• Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services.

• Work hours are 24 hours.

• Inspections will be conducted by the Brigade COR.
