Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide annual load testing for aircraft component lifting slings assigned to the 19 AMXS Support Section, ensuring equipment serviceability and reducing the risk of aircraft maintenance delays and work stoppages.

• Provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary for annual load testing.

• Suspend AMXS support equipment under a load to verify structural integrity in accordance with technical publications.

• Transport equipment from the 19 AMXS unit to the contractor's location for testing and back.

• Pickup and dropoff of equipment requires coordination with 19 AMXS Support section 48 hours in advance.

• The contractor's vehicle/trailer must be capable of transporting equipment weighing up to 150 pounds and measuring 8 feet by 3 feet.

• Load testing must be performed in accordance with technical guidance in Appendix 1.

• Upon completion of load testing, the contractor will provide a certificate with specific item details and a due date one year in the future.

• Turnaround time for equipment pickup and dropoff must not exceed 15 calendar days.

• Load testing services must be performed at least once per month.

• Contractor's Quality Management System (QMS) must meet AS9100 requirements.

• Period of Performance: 5 years (1 base year + 4 option years) with a potential 6-month extension. Tentative start date is June 29, 2026.
