This document, Amendment 00001, provides the Government's responses to questions received from Industry.

Questions and answers are set forth in Section J.

This amendment does not appear to modify proposal deadlines or submission requirements, but bidders should review the Q&A in Section J for any clarifications that may impact their proposals.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for "RSS Ridgewood POV Parking." The United States Marine Corps Recruiting Substation (RSS) Ridgewood requires six (6) secured, Personally Owned Vehicle (POV) parking spaces. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 812930 - Parking Lots and Garages, with a small business size standard of $47 million. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.

• Provision of six (6) secured POV parking spaces.

• Parking facilities must be maintained by the contractor and meet specific requirements.

• Parking must be available and accessible 356 days/year, 24 hours/day.

• Premises must be monitored by security cameras.

• Parking may be indoor or outdoor surface lot with adequate lighting.

• Parking must be within a 0.5-mile walking distance or less from RSS Ridgewood.

• Parking locations identified at the time of award cannot be changed without mutual agreement.

• Key cards or other access items must be provided.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Period of Performance: Not to exceed three (3) years, including base year and option years.

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

• Offerors must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.

• Quotes must be submitted via email by the deadline.

• Late submissions will not be considered.

• Telegraphic and Facsimile offers are not authorized.

• Offers will be evaluated based on Gateway Factor (completeness and compliance), Price, Other Factors (meeting salient characteristics), and Past Performance.

• The Government will conduct a comparative evaluation of quotations based on price and other non-price factors.

• Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to have both a fair and reasonable price and to be the most advantageous to the Government.

• This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.

• Offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Questions regarding the RFQ must be received by May 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST via email.

• The solicitation number is M00263-25-Q-1008.

• Offerors must affirmatively state that they take no exceptions to the terms and conditions of the RFQ.
