• Delivery Date: December 29, 2026 (for each line item).

• Submission Deadline: March 31, 2026, 01:00 PM Local Time.

• Submission Method: Electronically via email. The email subject line must read "RFQ M0026326Q0002 - QUOTE SUBMISSION, from (insert contractor name)."

• Required Documents: Completed and signed SF1449, CLIN specifications, proprietary quote (including pricing and delivery cost), spec sheet for each CLIN, and delivery date.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the Government, considering Price and Past Performance. Other factors will be evaluated based on meeting salient characteristics, specifications, deliverables, or performance requirements. The government will conduct a comparative evaluation of quotations based on price and other non-price factors.

• This acquisition is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB).

• Offerors are cautioned that any noncompliance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation may cause their quotes to be determined unacceptable.

• Questions regarding clarification must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist no later than 2 days after the solicitation issue date.

This document is a Sources Sought Notice, not a Request for Quotation. It serves as market research to identify vendors capable of providing privately-owned vehicle (POV) parking spaces for the Recruiting Substation (RSS) Empire State in Manhattan, NY.

• Six (6) POV parking spaces are required.

• The parking facility must be available and accessible 24/7, 365 days a year.

• Premises must be monitored by security cameras.

• Parking can be indoor or outdoor surface lot, but must have lighting.

• Spaces must be reserved exclusively for the Marine Corps.

• Any necessary key cards or access items must be provided.
