Qualification Requirements
This acquisition requires engineering source approval by the design control activity. Only existing approved sources or those who qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity, will be considered. The Government retains data rights, manufacturing/repair knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available. An alternate source must qualify per FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation will identify the office for qualification information.
Security Requirements
