Scope of Work
The contractor will furnish 120 non-smoking rooms daily for four nights (check-in June 25, check-out June 29, 2026) for personnel supporting the HAFB Air Show. Rooms must be located within a 10-mile radius of Hill Air Force Base, UT, specifically between Ogden, UT, and Layton, UT. The government prefers to make an award to a maximum of two locations.
Key requirements include:
- Room Provision: 120 non-smoking rooms daily, with a mix of 80% single occupancy and 20% double occupancy.
- Rate: Rooms provided at the current government per diem rate, which is $110 per night for FY2026.
- Facility Standards: 24-hour check-in/out, wake-up, and message service; Wi-Fi (desired); adequate parking; ADA compliance; and secure luggage storage.
- Room Amenities: Standard amenities including air conditioning, iron, ironing board, color TV, closet space, and individual climate control.
