Scope of Work
This IDIQ will supplement the Civil Engineer's (CE) and Facility Management's (CFMO) in-house capabilities for minor construction, facility repair/alteration, and real property repair/alteration projects. The primary scope includes:
- Exterior painting of new and existing surfaces.
- Abatement of lead-based paint and asbestos-containing materials.
- Replacement of damaged or deteriorated exterior surfaces (wood, concrete, masonry, metal siding, etc.).
- Repair of cracks and holes in exterior surfaces.
- Surface preparation (washing, sanding, scraping, blasting, caulking, sealing).
- Removal and re-installation of exterior security lighting. The final finish must meet journeyman level standards and be aesthetically appealing. Individual task orders are expected to be mostly under $500,000.
