Evaluation
Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. Evaluation will consist of two parts: Part I - Priced Quote and Part II - Technical Documentation. Technical documentation, including proof of an active National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 10 Certification and an active license in the State of Colorado, will be evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis for the three lowest evaluated priced offers.
