Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for overland mobility training. This includes instruction on manual and automatic transmission non-standard tactical vehicles (NSTVs) in various austere environments. Key training areas include overland manual driving with a minimum of four manual transmission NSTVs and vehicle recovery in austere conditions with minimal equipment. Each course will be five days in duration, including classroom instruction, demonstrations, confidence exercises, team performance qualification, and individual evaluations. Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Evaluation will consider price and the Offeror's ability to meet specification requirements. The Government may award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct them. Quotes are due via email.
