Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-personal services for a Junior Officer Reserve Training Corps (JROTC) Junior Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Camp (Inventor) from 10 to 30 June 2026.

• Provide meals, dorm-style lodging (separate for males and females), and training support/facilities for 100 Cadets and 15 Cadre.

• Services include meal preparation and serving, setup and cleanup of dining areas, and provision of utensils, plates, cups, condiments, and napkins.

• Offer a minimum of two serving lines for each meal to expedite service.

• Ensure meals are ready 15 minutes prior to serving time and cleanup is completed after each meal service.

• Coordinate menus with the Government POC at the Resource Working Group.

• Provide accommodations with twin beds/bunks, towels, washcloths, blankets, and linens.

• Provide one headquarters classroom for administrative functions (minimum 10 cadre) with Wi-Fi, tables, chairs, and power outlets.

• Provide three training classrooms (Cyber Security, Homeland Security Lab, Gaming Lab), each capable of seating 25-30 cadets.

• Provide six trainers for STEM activities.

• Ensure continuous access to potable drinking water.

• Meals must be ready 15 minutes prior to scheduled serving times.

• Food must be ready for serving at the prescribed time.
