Scope of Work

The contractor will provide drones and swarms to mimic adversary forces (VEOs, peer/near adversaries) during large-scale exercises, embedding within RED CELL to simulate drone and swarm attacks against battalion-sized elements (up to 2000 feet) using Group 1 and 2 Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). This includes conducting persistent surveillance and First-Person View (FPV) swarm attacks (defined as ten UAS), replicating passive and active physical, visual, and radio frequency (RF) drone capabilities and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). The contractor will also provide feedback to commanders on observations and TTP assessments. Specific training evolutions include MCCRE, SLTE, ITX, DFT, and home station training.
