Submission Requirements & Evaluation
Offerors must provide an estimated repair price for the full effort. After receipt of carcasses, vendors will have 90 days to complete a Teardown & Evaluation (TD&E) and submit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote. Quotes must include the cost of new (actual or estimated) for evaluation purposes and specify any exceptions to solicitation requirements. Required information includes:
- Teardown & Evaluation Rate
- Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT)
- Throughput Constraint
- Induction Expiration Date
- Quotes shall reference proposed RTAT and capacity constraints.
Important Notes
- This contract will be DO certified for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
- If the offeror is not the Original End Manufacturer (OEM), the OEM must be stated (Company Name and CAGE), and a signed letter of authorization as a distributor on the OEM’s letterhead must be provided.
