- First Article Testing/Inspection: Supplier must perform and submit procedures (CDRL: DI-NDTI-80603A) and reports (CDRL: DI-NDTI-80809B) for Government approval.
- Production Lot Testing/Inspection: Reports (CDRL: DI-NDTI-80809B) including Certificate of Compliance for UHMW 1900 Material, Visual/Dimensional Inspection Report, and Mercury Exclusion Certification (CDRL: DI-MISC-82386) are required.
- Acceptance: Final inspection and acceptance by cognizant DCMA-QAR in conjunction with NSWCPD.
