Scope of Work

- Two high-speed internet connections with a minimum download speed of 350Mbps.
- Continuous service availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Restoration of any service degradation or loss of content within 24 hours or sooner.
- Services must be direct, non-resold, and utilize Fort Bliss NEC's infrastructure.
- Installations and maintenance will require Government escort.

- Specific technical skills.
- Ability to perform at least 50% of the work if a Small Business Set-Aside is implemented.

- Qualification as a Small, Small Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, HUBZone, or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
