  • Exterior & Utilities: Enclosing covered decks, installing roof antenna mounts with conduit, integrating a DRASH unit interface, access ramps, a robust electrical panel, and installing a Government-furnished 20,000-watt diesel generator (with noise abatement and spill containment curb). Blackout curtains are also required.
  • Optional CLINS: Covered vehicle parking and expansion of the South and West fence line.
  • Covered Shelter Work: Replacement of damaged fascia, new gable sheathing, painting, and rebuilding an instructor podium.
