The contractor will provide all management, manpower, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies for interment of cremated remains into columbaria, extensive grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, leaf removal, tree/shrub care), facility cleaning and maintenance, headstone and monument cleaning and alignment, irrigation system maintenance, road cleaning, trash removal, snow removal, and support for special events. Work must be performed with special care, reverence, dignity, and respect, adhering to NCA Operational Standards & Measures and the NCA Turf & Landscape Handbook.

Offerors must possess a current State of Indiana commercial pesticide/herbicide application license. A Certified Arborist is required as a site manager for tree-related work for at least eight hours a day when such work is performed. A Quality Control Plan (QCP) is mandatory and must be submitted and accepted prior to award.
