Notice of Intent (NOI)

This document is a Notice of Intent (NOI) from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) to award a sole source, firm-fixed priced contract to Caterpillar Inc. for a Compact Track Loader with Forestry attachments (CAT 275XE).
