388th MXG – Rag Cleaning Service BPA

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items to establish a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Rag Cleaning Service at Hill Air Force Base, UT. The government intends to award BPAs to up to 3 lowest priced technically acceptable vendors.

The primary service required is MXG Rag Cleaning. The anticipated contract structure includes CLINs for Base Year 1 through Base Year 5, with an additional 6-month extension.

• Contract Type: Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

• Period of Performance: 1 June 2026 - 30 May 2031 (Base Year + 4 Option Years) with a 6-month extension (1 June 2031 - 1 Dec 2031).

• Pricing: All CLINs will be firm fixed price.

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Award will be made to the vendor with the lowest price that meets the Statement of Work requirements.
