Key Requirements & Deliverables
- Key Personnel: A Fire Protection Engineer (FPE) with a B.S. in Fire Protection Engineering, at least 10 years of experience, and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
- Deliverables: Written plan review reports with advisory and suggested mandatory comments related to fire protection and life safety. Reports must reference applicable codes, standards, or VA/VHA Manuals and be documented on the Fire and Safety Project Review Report form (Attachment A). Reports are due via email within 10 calendar days of receiving the submittal package.
