Evaluation & Award

Submission Requirements
Offerors must email quotes to hfrei@bop.gov. Submissions must include the completed RFQ document and bid sheets. Failure to return these documents will result in the bid being considered non-responsive. All contractors must be registered in SAM.gov and include their Unique Entity ID (UEI). Quoted prices must be valid for 60 days after the solicitation closes. Payment will be via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card.
