Quick Summary
The Department of the Air Force, 414 CTS, is soliciting quotes for Brand Name Mustang Survival Sentinel Series Tactical Operations Dry Suits and supporting components for Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, AZ. This is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside opportunity. Quotes are due by June 5, 2026, at 2 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
Scope of Work
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeks specific brand-name items, including various sizes of Mustang Sentinel Tactical Dry Suits, Sentinel Dry Suit Liners, and Flotation Coats, identified by specific part numbers (CLINs 0001-0012). The brand-name requirement is justified by the product's status as a pre-established component of the agency's inventory, its necessity for maritime Search and Rescue (SAR) operations/training, and the need for uniformity under the Defense Standardization Program. While the manufacturer is a sole producer, market research indicates an adequate market of small businesses that resell the product.
