Scope of Work & Key Requirements

The requirement is for ten (10) new Amerex Model 775, 150-lb wheeled, stored-pressure fire extinguishers. Key specifications include:

  • Quantity: Ten (10) units.
  • Type: 150-lbs wheeled, stored-pressure fire extinguisher.
  • Chemical Agent: Novec 1230 or SF1230 (Novec 1230 is mandatory per Draft SOR).
  • Model: Amerex Model 775 (or approved equivalent) with 16-inch wheels, compatible with existing end-user equipment.
  • Condition: Must be brand new; refurbished items are not authorized.
  • Delivery: To 220 West Ash St, Bldg 843, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112. Contractor is responsible for delivery to base and offloading.
  • Warranty: Contractor must provide OEM standard commercial warranty, equipment manuals, literature, and documentation prior to project acceptance.
