Redundancy requires at least two compressors per packaged unit.
- Hospital Lab and Sterile Processing Air Compressor: An enclosed unit with rotary scroll compressors, capable of cycling on/off additional compressors. It must fit on a 94"x54"x84" pad, have a 120-gallon or larger tank, operate on 208v/230v/460v, and be rated at or higher than 20 scfm @ 50 psi. It must also maintain 100 PSIG with reserve per NFPA 99, include an integrated Air Dryer System with Dew Point Monitoring, and provide oil and moisture-free, clean medical grade air. Additional services include installation, electrical work, and certification for both systems. An equipment-only bid is not accepted. Compressors must be belt or direct driven oil-less rotary screw or rotary scroll, single stage, air-cooled.
