• Quotations must be submitted to Tawnya Krommenhoek, Contracting Officer, by the due date/time specified in Block 8.

• Questions regarding this RFQ must be received no later than two (2) days prior to the scheduled close date.

• The evaluation factors are: Delivery Timeframe, Past Performance, Price, and Technical / Conformance with this RFQ.

• The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions.

• Offerors must submit signed page 1 of the SF1449, completed B.2 Pricing/Cost Schedule, a quotation matching requirements, and proof of Authorized Distributor status if applicable.

• This acquisition is a total Small Business set-aside.

• Delivery is FOB Destination to VA Southern Nevada Health Care System.

• Offerors must be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an Authorized Distributor of the OEM.

• It is recommended to submit quotes at least one hour before the due date due to potential email transmission delays.

This notice is a Sources Sought for market research to support the procurement of a Brand Name or Equal Clean Steam Generator (CSG) Tube Bundle for the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS). The government is assessing industry capabilities and potential acquisition strategies. This is not a solicitation, and responses will not be considered offers.
