Offerors must be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an Authorized Distributor of the OEM. Required submissions include a signed page 1 of the SF1449, a completed B.2 Pricing/Cost Schedule, a quotation matching all requirements, and proof of Authorized Distributor status (if applicable). Quotations must be submitted to Tawnya Krommenhoek, Contract Specialist, at tawnya.krommenhoek@va.gov. It is recommended to submit quotes at least one hour before the due date. Questions regarding this RFQ must be received no later than two (2) days prior to the scheduled close date.
