Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide recurring inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs for five (5) aerial lifts for the 452d Maintenance Squadron (452 MXS) at March Air Reserve Base, CA.

• Perform frequent (quarterly), annual, and preventive maintenance on the following aerial lifts:

  • One Genie S-80X High Reach (Serial# S80X13-10285)
  • One JLG 1250AJP High Reach (Serial# 0300123488)
  • One JLG 800S High Reach (Serial# 0300105418)
  • Two JLG 2646ES Scissor Lifts (Serial# 0200158701 and 0200158552)

• Conduct load tests during annual inspections.

• Perform repairs as needed, using manufacturer-specified or equal quality new parts.

• Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, and supervision.

• The contract is for non-personal services; the government will not exercise supervision or control over contractor personnel.

• Services must be performed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and service manuals.
