• Factory Authorized Start-Up & Training for both units.

• The purpose of Modification P00001 is to extend the Request for Quotation (RFQ) deadline.

• The new Hour & Date for Receipt of Offers is extended to June 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM EDT.

• The deadline for submitting offers has been changed.

• The proposal submission deadline has been extended to 06-05-2026, 4:00 PM EDT.

• Item 2: One (1) Patterson-Kelley Model PK-10D Semi-Instantaneous Water Heater with specific GPM, temperature, steam pressure, and insulation requirements. Includes similar specifications to Item 1 but with higher capacity and different valve/component sizes. Operation & Maintenance Manuals in electronic form and Factory Authorized Start-Up & Training are required.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.
