• Technical Data Submissions:
  • Procedure Package (DI-QCIC-A8871): A package of applicable procedures, drawings, and pre-manufacturing submittals, as listed in the IRPOD, must be submitted within 45 days after contract award to NAVSUP-WSS code N9433.
  • ROTI Package (DI-QCIC-A8872S): A complete package of Vendor Certified Reports of Test and Inspection per DI-QCIC-8872 (latest revision) is due at End of Contract (EOC). Authorization to ship material must be obtained from the PCO.
• Waivers/Deviations: Requests for delivery date extensions or waivers/deviations from technical requirements must be submitted with a detailed explanation, justification, and an offer of consideration.
