This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for the acquisition of a front desk for the 48th FSS Fitness Center. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with RFO Part 12.

• Procurement of a front desk for the 48th FSS Fitness Center.

• The front desk must meet the characteristics and objectives outlined in Attachment 1 - Statement of Objectives (SOO).

• Product Service Code: J071

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

• The contract will be for one unit of the front desk.

• Questions Deadline: Wednesday, 17 June 2026, by 16:30 BST.

• Quote Submission Deadline: Wednesday, 8 July 2026, by 16:30 BST.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to SrA Zachary Meier (zachary.meier@us.af.mil) and Claire Switzer (claire.switzer.gb@us.af.mil).

• Quotes must be submitted on Attachment 2 - Quote Sheet.

• Technical documentation (max 20 pages) must be submitted via email.

• Prices must be held firm for 60 calendar days from the quote receipt date.

• Evaluation will be based on a best value determination, weighing technical capability and price. The government may award to the lowest priced offer that meets minimum criteria, but is not limited to the lowest priced quote. Tradeoffs between price and non-price factors may be made.

• Size Standard: N/A

• Set-Aside: No set-aside will be used due to overseas location.

• Offerors must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) account and provide their CAGE Code or NCAGE Code.

• A site visit is recommended but not mandatory.
