Quality & Compliance
Contractors must implement and maintain a quality system compliant with ISO-9001 (or MIL-I-45208) and calibration system requirements of ISO-10012 (or MIL-STD-45662). Extensive certification and traceability are mandatory, including quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis per MIL-DTL-1222, with re-certification required if material properties are altered. Material marking for traceability must be permanent, in accordance with MIL-STD-792 or MIL-DTL-1222.
