Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. The government will evaluate the offeror's price for reasonableness (inclusive of transportation charges), delivery (ability to meet or exceed stated delivery date), technical exceptions, and past performance (based on PPIRS-SR and other sources) as part of the responsibility determination.

This action is sole-sourced to Rix Industries. Drawings, references, and TGIs will not be provided with the solicitation due to distribution restrictions but are available to quoters listed on the Joint Certification Program (JCP) website. Offerors must request these by providing their CAGE code and DD-2345. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. Any exceptions to the solicitation's terms, conditions, or specifications must be noted in the quote. Invoices will be submitted via WAWF, and the government will arrange and pay for transportation for FOB Origin procurement.
