This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (RFQ # 36C25026Q0550) to procure Motorola Solutions MOTOTRBO R5 Portable Two-Way Radios and associated accessories for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center. The objective is to ensure reliable, secure, and interoperable radio communications for VA Police operations, emergency response, and critical incident management. This is a brand-name-only requirement due to the need to integrate with the existing Motorola MOTOTRBO/DMR infrastructure.

• Product: Motorola Solutions MOTOTRBO R5 Portable Two-Way Radios (65 units) with specific frequency bands (400-512 MHz, 4W LKP Display WiFi/BT).

• Accessories: Standard charger, standard Li-Ion battery (PMNN4888), UHF whip antenna (PMAE4079), standard medium model box, IMPRES Windporting RSM (PMMN4171), 5-year essential software, 5-year essential service, radio USB programming cable, and radio programming software (current version).
