Quick Summary
The Department of the Navy, specifically NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia, intends to issue a sole-source presolicitation to The Boeing Company (CAGE: 81205) for the procurement of a Connector (NSN 1R-5935-LLF02N798-P8, REF NR BACC63CT11-35SN) for the P-8 aircraft. This procurement is for a spare part where Boeing is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source. The Government does not possess the necessary data or rights to procure this part from additional sources.
Scope of Work
This requirement is for one (1) each of the specified aircraft connector, delivered FOB Origin, to support the P-8 aircraft. The sole-source justification is based on the Government not owning the data or rights needed to purchase this part from additional sources.
