Evaluation
NAVSUP WSS justifies the sole source acquisition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302, citing Boeing as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source, with the Government lacking data rights. Submissions from other responsible sources will be considered solely to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible. A Source Approval Request (SAR) is required for any firm not already approved to manufacture this material, and the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. The Government intends to use FAR Part 15 procedures.

UID and Buy American Clauses will apply. The solicitation will be posted electronically on NECO. Contact Deja Thompson-Mitchell at deja.s.thompson-mitchell.civ@us.navy.mil for submissions and inquiries.
