Key Requirements & Quality Assurance

This contract demands rigorous quality control, including extensive testing certifications (Dye Penetrant, Quality Conformance, Ultrasonic, Annealing/Age Hardening, Non-Destructive Tests). Specific laboratories are mandated for Slow Strain Rate Tensile Tests. Thread inspection must follow FED-STD-H28 series, and welding/brazing must comply with specified Navy standards.
