Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, issued in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6. It constitutes the only solicitation, and written solicitations will not be issued separately. The government is seeking quotations for a specific vehicle.

• Item: 2025 Ranger XD 1500 Northstar Edition Premium Crew, Quantity: 3

• Specifications: Detailed specifications, descriptions, and additional information are provided in Attachment 1.

• Delivery: 90 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to Nellis AFB, NV.

• Inspection and Acceptance: FOB Destination.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

• CLIN Structure: CLIN 0001 covers the specified vehicle.

• Quote Due Date: Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 1000 PDT.

• Submission Method: Electronic offers only, submitted via email to SSgt Byron Dewaine at byron.dewaine@us.af.mil.

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA).

• Requirement: This is an "all or none" requirement; quotes must cover the entire package. Partial quotes will be considered non-responsive.

• Required Information in Quote: Product Specifications, CAGE code, SAM Unique Entity ID, Payment Terms, Discount Terms, Point of Contact, Phone, Fax, Email, and Proposed Delivery Schedule.

• Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• NAICS Code: 336999 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees.

• Registration: Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award. Lack of SAM registration will be a determining factor for award.

• The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, dated March 13, 2026.

• Offerors are responsible for confirming receipt of their quotes prior to the due date and time.
