This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, responsible sources are invited to submit a capability statement within 15 days of the notice's publication (April 6, 2026). The Government retains discretion on whether to compete this BOA based on responses. Parties not currently approved repair sources must obtain approval via the NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (WSS) Source Approval Process (SAR) Brochure – Maritime, available at https://www.navsup.navy.mil/NAVSUP-Enterprise/NAVSUP-Weapon-Systems-Support/Business-Opps/. Note that award will not be delayed for the qualification of a new source.
