Scope of Work
The requirement is for the design, installation, configuration, and testing of a complete door surveillance system for the SAF to enhance observation and situational awareness. Key components and tasks include:
- Installation of a main monitoring station in room 121K.
- Provision and mounting of three (3) Vandal Proof 8 MP cameras outside secure location entrances.
- Installation of a viewing station with recording capabilities and a locking equipment rack for ancillary hardware.
- The system must be reliable, secure, and comply with base infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements.
- The CCTV system includes: a 4 Port PoE+ NVR, 1 HDD, 1 equipment enclosure, 3 dome style 4K IP autofocus cameras, power conditioning, surge protection, UPS, 3- 32" TAA compliant Samsung display monitors, and necessary cabling/equipment.
- The CCTV system will be stand-alone and not integrated into existing DoD network IT systems.
- Performance standards require 100% coverage of entry/exit doors, real-time/playback functionality, compliance with DoD security standards, security staff training within 2 business days of installation, and project completion within 30 calendar days of Notice to Proceed.
Contract Details
