Evaluation & Submission
This procurement will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Evaluation factors include Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Offerors must provide a technical summary, estimated delivery date, and up to two relevant past performance references. Additionally, offerors are required to complete blocks 17, 30a, 30b, and 30c of the SF-1449 form.
