Eligibility & Submission
This acquisition is a 100% SDVOSB Set-Aside. Offerors must be certified by the SBA, registered in SAM.gov, and comply with VETS 4212 reporting. Key submission requirements include completing the VAAR 852.219-75 (Limitations on Subcontracting, limiting general construction subcontracts to 85% for non-SDVOSB/VOSB firms) and the Experience Modification Rate Form (an EMR greater than 1.0 may disqualify).
